At each session we set goals. The techniques used are taught to the client so that he participates in achieving the objectives. In collaboration with your physician and other health professionals, the client takes an active part to help to ease the pain. The client is educated for his own exercise needs, postures, rest, ice/hot, etc…  which significantly increases the speed to help to ease the pain.

From the first consultation, the client is actively involved in his osteopathic process to help to ease the pain as indicated by the recommendations received. The client exercises at home in a specific manner which increases the speed to help to ease the pain . This has the effect of dramatically reducing the number of sessions at the clinic.
